Consultants
Consultant letterhead that says what you do
A consulting letter is often a page of thinking. The letterhead should introduce you in one line and then get out of the way.
One sentence about the work
Use the tagline for the work you want to be hired for, not a list of every service you have ever offered. “Operations for growing teams” is a letterhead line. A menu of twelve capabilities is a web page.
One city, one email, and one phone number are enough. If you work from more than one place, name the place where mail should go.
A bar beside the name
The Advisory template sets a short color bar next to the name, the description underneath, and a footer split between the address and the ways to reply. It looks current without borrowing the visual language of a software product launch.
If you write long letters, try the Quiet Footer instead. Your name and contact details move to the bottom and the page stays open. Both download as the same kinds of files.
Download the file without an account
Download the PDF for print, the SVG if you want to keep editing in design software, and the PNG if you need a background for Word or Google Docs. None of those files asks you to create an account.
Questions
Can a solo consultant use this without a logo?
Yes. Leave the logo empty. The name, set in a serif, is enough. A monogram appears on some templates when there is no logo.
Is the download free?
Yes. Design and download are both free. No account, no email address, and no watermark.
