Freelancers
Freelancer letterhead, with your name as the company
You do not need a logo to send a professional letter. Your name, what you do, and a way to reply are the whole identity.
Your name is the company name
Type your name in the company field and your role in the tagline: illustrator, bookkeeper, carpenter, editor. Add the city, an email address you actually check, a phone number if you want calls, and the URL of your work. Leave the logo empty until you have a mark you like. Several templates draw a simple monogram from your initials when no logo is uploaded.
A footer, so the estimate has room
The Quiet Footer template puts the name and contact line at the bottom of the page. The top of the sheet is empty, which is what you want when the letter is an introduction, an estimate, or a scope of work. The gray sample text in the editor shows where your writing will sit. It is left out of the download unless you check the box.
The checklist of what to include is short on purpose. A freelancer letterhead gets worse when it starts listing every skill.
Download the file without an account
Download the PDF, SVG, and PNG free. You do not create an account, and you are not asked for an email address. The file is yours to print, to send, and to use commercially.
