Letterhead Maker does not have user accounts. It does not ask for your email address. It does not ask you to sign in. The letterhead you design is not uploaded to us.
What stays on your computer
The editor keeps the in-progress design in your browser’s local storage so a refresh does not wipe it. That storage is on your device. A logo you upload is handled in the browser and, if it fits, saved in that same local storage. If it is too large, the editor tells you to download the project file instead.
The project file, the PDF, the SVG, and the PNG download to your computer. We do not receive those files.
What this website does not do
There is no analytics tracker, no advertising pixel, and no third-party font host. The typefaces are files on this site. The page does not send your letterhead text to a design API.
What a host may still log
This is a static website. When your browser requests a page, the server that delivers the files can log ordinary request data, such as an IP address, the time, and the URL. That is a property of web hosting, not an account system. Letterhead Maker does not add an account database on top of it.
Children
The site is a stationery tool. It is not directed at children, and it does not ask anyone to create a profile.
